From Interstate 78...  Exit 60  "Summit Lawn" exit in Allentown.  Make a left at the stop sign. Make a left at first traffic light, onto South 4th street (route 145)
Go straight.  Mountainville Memorial Hall is on the left side, across from the 7-11.

From route 309 in PA...  Take 309 to Allentown.  At junction of
I 78, take 78 E and follow directions above.
